We have the ability to invent or formulate an idea or concept. The conceptualization phase of a project occurs in the initial design activity when the scope of the project is drafted and a list of the desired design features and requirements is created. We do our designing conceptualization in a very expanded and detailed manner which includes preliminary sketches, models, budgets, and even mocking for some critical lighting treatments.
We pride ourselves that we always go through a strict product development phase wherein the product’s composition, dimensions, attributes and/or specifications are determined. This phase also includes lighting plans and details, lighting fixture schedules, catalog cuts, channel schedules showing control in formations, and complete specifications.
Third stage of Bainwave’s services provided by architects and/or engineer in which he or she prepares working drawings, specifications, and bidding documents in order to answer all the questions that a contractor or a lighting contractor may have. We also limit our services to review of construction documents prepared by others.
We show a proactive approach during construction process to ensure that the design that is being built is exactly the same that we designed. We also remain available at one call for the contractor, in order to answer any question that arises during construction process. We make the contractor understand the details of each light and make them understand the critical lighting elements. We instruct the contractor how to fix each critical lighting fixtures and what dimming levels are to be set.

We develop and redefine our lighting ideas through many small scale and large scale mockups. This helps us in enhancing and yielding more from our creative designs. It also allows the rest of the designing team to visualize that how the final lighting will look like.
Detailed Documentations
We provide a very detailed documentation that is well coordinated by all the members of the designing teams. We do this in order to reduce the construction costs and to guarantee a well integrated lighting design.
