The cultural complex consists of a museum, an academy called Nazrul Academy, a library, a 400-seater auditorium, a cafeteria, and a guest house, arranged in a circular pattern. There is an open area in the middle. It looks like there are different blocks, but it is all one building, with the parts joined through ramps, gangways, and staircases.
The concept was to highlight the façade with internal lights through the windows turning the building into an eye-catcher. Using daylight thus saving energy in the daytime, demonstrating the importance of sophisticated façade illumination to attract people’s attention and enhance architecture.
