Tropical Resort – Hospitality Lighting

Located in the scenic hills of Igatpuri along the Mumbai–Nashik Highway, this tropical resort was designed to offer a calm and relaxing retreat surrounded by nature. Completed in 2016, the project focuses on creating a warm and welcoming hospitality environment that blends seamlessly with its natural surroundings.

The lighting design approach emphasizes the tropical character of the architecture, using warm tones and subtle illumination to enhance the textures and materials of the built form. Natural colors and soft lighting layers were used to create spaces that feel comfortable, inviting, and visually soothing for guests.

Wall-mounted lighting plays a significant role throughout the resort, highlighting architectural elements while adding depth and visual interest to the facades and interior spaces. The use of warm color temperature lighting further enhances the relaxed atmosphere, creating cozy and pleasant spaces that encourage guests to unwind.

The overall lighting scheme complements the resort’s tropical aesthetic, ensuring both functional illumination and a serene nighttime ambience that enhances the overall hospitality experience.
