Glade One – Luxury Golf Resort Development

Glade One is a 270-acre luxury golf and villa development located on the outskirts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Developed by bSafal, the project combines premium weekend villas, resort facilities, and a 9-hole golf course designed by Gary Player Design, creating an exclusive destination that integrates architecture with expansive natural landscapes.

The lighting design strategy was developed to enhance the resort’s architectural character while preserving the calm and natural ambience of the surroundings. Exterior lighting highlights key architectural elements of the clubhouse and built structures while maintaining subtle illumination that blends with the landscape environment.

Pathways, outdoor gathering spaces, and landscape features are illuminated with carefully controlled, warm lighting to guide movement across the property while ensuring visual comfort for guests. The lighting approach emphasizes low-glare fixtures and balanced light levels, allowing the natural beauty of the golf course, water bodies, and vegetation to remain the focal point.

Within the resort and hospitality areas, layered lighting creates a welcoming and sophisticated atmosphere for guests. Accent lighting highlights architectural details and outdoor dining areas such as the Tabebuya restaurant, enhancing the overall guest experience during evening hours.

The overall lighting concept reinforces Glade One’s identity as a luxurious yet tranquil retreat, where architecture, landscape, and light work together to create a refined nighttime environment.
