Altico Capital India Ltd, a leading non-banking financial company, established its 6,600 sq. ft. corporate office in the prime business district of Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), Mumbai. The lighting design for the workspace was developed with a strong focus on enhancing employee wellbeing, comfort, and productivity.

Recognizing that people are the most valuable asset in any workplace, the lighting approach was carefully planned to support daily work activities while creating a balanced and comfortable visual environment. The design integrates functional task lighting with ambient illumination, ensuring adequate brightness, reduced glare, and optimal visual comfort throughout the office.

Special attention was given to creating a modern and professional atmosphere that complements the interior design by M Moser Associates. Lighting elements were strategically integrated within the architecture and interior layout to enhance spatial clarity, highlight key zones, and maintain a clean corporate aesthetic.

The result is a well-lit workspace that supports employee efficiency while promoting a pleasant and productive working environment.
